Goals:The goal of the program is to train students
to have adequate knowledge and skills on administrative and organizational area, and
to use gained competencies and enterprise resources efficiently in public and private sector.
Objectives : It is objectived to have graduates who(’re);
* Conscious about Atatürk´s Principles and comprehend History of Turkish Revolution
* Good at using Turkish language skills
* Able to use mathematical skills in professional area
* Able to use intermediate level of English
* Able to explain basic concepts, aims and environmental relations of business, and comprehend functions of business and their relations
* Comprehend main issues concerning administration and administrator, and recognize basic functions of management and recent topics
* Recognize accounting system and able to account assets, financial resources and related activities
* Recognize Turkey´s Law System and relevant legislation
* Comprehend labor and social security law concerning with Human Resources Management
* Dominate basic economic concepts
* Recognize production, marketing and sales management concepts and processes
* Comprehend efficient written and verbal communication rules, and use IT technolohies
* Adopt philosophy of total quality and to be able to support institutional processes
* Consider the professional ethic, health and safety precautions

Kabul Koşulları
|
Four half-year results from the program will graduate students in 39courses (total 120 credits) will be completed successfully. Students can graduate up to 30 working days are required to do their internship. 39 lessons and 30 working days in which students who complete their compulsory internship will be graduating.

After learning Associate Degree, Bachelor of Universities for students with DGS exam can continue their studies.

Mezuniyet Koşulları
|
Students in areas related to their internship program which includes 30 business day , have got to be accepted by consultants Also, the all required and elective lessons must be finished successfully.

Occupational profiles of graduates includes the following features: • As a professional preparedness, adaptation to different situations professionally, ongoing Business Management program based on practical or professional training which is a prerequisite. Graduates have the opportunity to be employed in public or private sector.

Ölçme ve Değerlendirme
|
While calculating of the grade exams in written, coursework, project or laboratory work is considered as the main parts. For the Examinations assessment, a mid-term exam 40% per course and the final exam (final exam) grade is 60% contribution to the success score.For entering the Excuse exams, the documents that show the excuse of the students has gotta be brought to the unit in the first business day following the end of exams .
